Description
A special mix of salt, paprika, and a host of herbs and spices like garlic and oregano is used to season the entire pork loin. The blend imparts a distinctive flavor that foreshadows the aroma the loin will have after months of aging. After that, it is sealed in natural casings and aged for 3 to 4 months in temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled drying rooms.
Ingredients: 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin, salt, paprika, oleoresin paprika, assorted spices, lactose, sugar, dextrose, preservatives (E-252 and E-250), antioxidant (E-301).
