About the product

Produced in Piedmont at the foot of Monte Rosa, this toma cheese is processed in the Piedmontese style with the addition of the typical Gorgonzola marbling.

The flavour in fact is delicate and buttery with classical, final aroma of the great Italian blue cheese, using whole cow’s milk cheese to which is added the pennicillium is added. The curd is broken in two successive moments with an interval of time between the two “breakings”.

Pair this cheese with full-bodied red wines and aged, sweet wines, rum or with rye bread, celery sticks or simply as part of any gourmet cheese board.
