The peculiarity of Varanini espresso coffee is the way it is roasted: the selected green coffee is roasted individually to adjust the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.

In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, or beans that have been roasted for too short a time, thus significantly increasing the acidic tone, and leaving an astringent sensation.

The exquisite Varanini espresso blends, more intense or lighter in flavour, are always accompanied by balanced fragrance and aroma and enriched with a fine and persistent crema.
