Flavoured Cheese
Truffle Cheese – 250g
Aged for a minimum of 60 days, this cheese is produced with raw cow’s milk to which the famous Italian truffle is added.
An excellent cheese made from a blend of cow’s and sheep’s milk with an addition of black truffle pieces. The thin white rind and the soft interior are sprinkled with truffle that develops an elegant and delicate taste.
Magnificent as table cheese for any occasion shows constantly its intensive but gentle, yet delicious taste perfumed with truffle.
Pairs perfectly with red wine.
This is a pre-order cheese and waiting period to receive it is approximately 2 weeks.

Aged Cheese
Ubriaco Vojant – 7kg
$7.99 – 100 gr
Ubriaco Vojant cheese is produced in Veneto.
Its production is long. The raw pasteurized cow’s milk is heated, and rennet is added to create the “cagliata”. This paste is then broken and cooked. The forms are then left to soak in Merlot wine for 5 days and left to ripe for at least 120 days.
It has an intense and piquant with fruity traces of wine.
It is usually paired aged, red wines, hot marrow preserves, Vin Santo or Marsala jelly and homemade bread.
This is a pre-order cheese and waiting period to receive it is approximately 2 weeks.
